Qualifications to become a Surrogate

  • Age between 21-40/43 years old

  • Must have given birth to and be raising at least one child

  • Must have had uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with documentation in prenatal

  • and delivery records

  • BMI between 18-32

  • A non-smoker, living with a non-smoker

  • No history of clinical mental illness

  • No drugs or drinking

  • Not be on the following governmental assistant programs: cash aid, welfare, public

  • housing and section 8. All other forms will be considered on a case by case basis.

  • Financially sound

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Be willing to travel

  • No more than 2/3 c-sections

  • No more than 5/8 pregnancies

  • No history of criminal history

  • A stable and responsible lifestyle
